WordNest is an AI-powered English learning platform that provides vocabulary building through spaced repetition (SM-2 algorithm), anime-based English learning, visual grammar handbooks, reading comprehension, writing practice with AI feedback, and gamified learning experiences. The core learning features are provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WordNest makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. AI-generated content, including translations and grammar explanations, should be used as learning aids and may not always be perfectly accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WordNest, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
